CLMC Activities
Due to its in-town location, the CLC offers a diverse blend of activities, and its participants are encouraged to become involved in a year-round schedule of community activities.  These include:

• Skiing the VASA trail
• Visiting the annual summer Cherry Festival
• Volunteering for the annual Film Festival
• Walking for the March of Dimes
• Volunteering at the library
• Walking and bicycling in the “Let’s Get Moving” fitness campaign

Recreational activities include:

• Going to the movies
• Evening card games
• Weekend bingo or karaoke
• Afternoon swimming in Long Lake
• Walking and bicycling in the neighborhood, and on the nearby TART Trail
• Out of town trips:
• Boyne Mountain’s Avalanche Bay Water Park
• Mackinac Island
• Detroit Zoo
• Detroit Tigers games
• Visits and holidays with families and friends
